There is no need for dedicated hardware, for which you have to queue for more than a year (as of this post, I’m still waiting for my PlayStation 5).
Gaming is an experience that needs to be shared and enjoyed as you can with movies, music, and books. Meaning it is accessible to everyone. Even though they are “not into gaming.” Everyone has a gamer inside themselves, and with the right trigger sooner, or later it will emerge.
The current posts interactive feature image is my proof of concept that it is possible to make an interactive image, and the file size is just 4.5 MB. It’s just a vanilla Pixi.js and javascript (typescript) project.
